honestly I find I can't use google or the alternatives anymore, not sure if it's super SEO abuse or just the decline of google indexing (bing indexing was always bad)
I have to know which website will have the content I want and then use the search inside that website to get basic results

thankfully the java oracle docs come up if I just add 'oracle', saving me a few clicks, but a lot of other things I use aren't so lucky
