One of the best things I've ever done for myself this year is learning how logical/set theory/whatever-you-call-it notation works, so I can be like "∀x ∈ A" and know what it means—it makes me feel like a wizard, and once I finally learn how to do proper calculations with Feynman diagrams, Green's functions, path integrals, and tensor networks, I'll be a real goddamn wizard.
