cute! really like the vertical "bumpy" movement of the car, did you do that by hand, use a generation, a secret third thing?
I added a single keyframe for the z location and each of the rotation axes, then applied a noise modifier to each one tweaking it until I was happy!
Ooh, remind me to get a screenshot of the node setup, but it is basically Principled BSDF > Shader to RGB > Color Ramp (Constant)
I also had Noise Texture > Mix, and mixed it with the previous but I forget where exactly the Mix node came in.
