DAVE: turns out adults think something's wrong when you have to tell your broken imagination to stop doing something *out loud*

DAVE: sometimes we can talk to each other
DAVE: and sometimes we can "feel" that people are nearby
DAVE: but being able to tell if someone's glaring at us or flipping us off is always novel
DAVE: to use a rose word
