I did an arrangement of 'The Long Way Around' by Jack de Quidt aka the COUNTER/weight theme for solo baritone guitar. this took awhile. I hope yall enjoy it, and thanks for making the show!!

i promise you that that pop-up isn't meant to be passive-aggressive to developers. it is there because, if they didn't, there would be a massive uptick in customer service contacts, threatened lawsuits, and actual lawsuits.

that phrasing is for the customer because the average customer doesn't read or pay attention to anything unless it's phrased in a way to kind of scare them.

like, fuck

i once watched a customer at Chain Bookstore pick one book off of a "buy two selected items, get the third selected item of equal or lesser value free" table, go pick up an art book and a cookbook, bring them to the register, points at the $150 art book, and say "i want this one free."

folks don't read! or care! but it needs to be there cos otherwise customer service reps would be drowned in calls, emails, and chats they can't meaningfully react to! customer service is hard enough as it is.
