I occasionally write long posts but you should assume I'm talking out of my ass until proved otherwise. I do like writing shit sometimes.

50/50 chance of suit pictures end up here or on the Art Directory account. Good luck.

Be 18+ or be gone you kids act fuckin' weird.

I tag all of my posts complaining about stuff #complaining, feel free to muffle that if you'd like a more positive cohost experience.

I don't know exactly how bandcamp can tell that I start playing another song in another bandcamp tab and pause the audio in the first tab, but this feels like some kinda major privacy issue*. How the fuck does this work?

in reply to @plumpan's post:

probably involves uhh worklets or services or whatever the fuck they're called, basically a domain can just install a little persistent javascript app in your browser that runs whenever you have that domain open for the express purpose of coordinating stuff between all open tabs

I found the line "Cookie comm channel playlist received" interesting, but it appears to have nothing to do with (traditional???) cookies. It may be exactly as you described.

Honestly shit like this makes me wanna just start using even less scripting. This is genuinely a useful feature but I really don't trust much when it comes to web code anymore. I assumed cross tab communication was not possible at all.
