$12.99 is not an unreasonable price for a coloring book, but if it still has ads or something that's no good.
My man I can go buy a Bluey branded coloring book right now for half that price. And when I'm done I can put the pages up on my fridge. And I can color outside the lines too.
For added context, this is a "free" app that one could buy and give the phone to their kid, and has a VERY EASY way for the kid go immediately try and hit an in app purchase. Locking colors behind a paywall is just, real silly.
EDIT: It was not touched upon in the video but I saw some pop up for "one touch payments" and I'm now very curious if some apps required single touch payments to be turned on because: of course they would.
