Threads in forums (??? why would you call it this, whatever) created by someone you blocked just still show up, whole ass. Not even a little box saying "someone you don't want to know about did something here!" just the whole fuckin' post.
tbh the most obnoxious thing about blocks is that discord will be pleased to tell you every time someone you block talked

Yeah this is a big fuckin' oof and the fact that it's gone completely unchanged for years is a major fuckup.
I kinda alluded to that in the first post, when I think of why the blocking system doesn't work better I just think of some techbro trying to explain why "oh actually making someone not exist to your user is bad!" and internally just thinking that they still want their ex to know they post in the same chat.
