My first ever MP3 player had an option to change the playback speed of music in arbitrary amounts. Since then I have always enjoyed playing songs out of pitch.
This song in particular I think is a big improvement when pitched down.

It is in fact, a song from rhythm games! Sota Fujimori is a huge name in the Bemani et al scene.
