Noted japanese online store Suruga-ya recently deiced, inexplicably, that they wanted to have a free shipping promotion. They sell new and used goods, directly from their own warehouses, and in this case the free shipping included international shipping.
The promotion was supposed to go on for two weeks, but I found had ended today and also noticed a little message on the site saying, basically "sorry for the delays, we got a LOT of orders". I wonder why.
Got some new additions to the controller pile myself.
Honestly the only thing that makes sense is they had to clear out an entire warehouse fast. There's NO way they didn't realize free international shipping means people such as myself putting in orders that paid less than the DHL shipping on them was going to.
