It's always weird to me seeing someone just completely change their fursona. At least online I very much just associate someone with their sona, and while I completely understand the number of reasons why someone would want to make drastic changes to that representation, it's very dissonant in my head to see someone go "actually this is me now, the old me you knew is effectively dead."
And like, yeah I'm selfish, if you have a sona I really like and suddenly go "nope never using them again!" I'm gonna be a lil sad.
None of this is to say people should change how they behave with regards to any of this, just problems on my end.
EDIT: My brain can cope WAY better with someone's gender and pronouns changing than their species and fur color.
