Not gonna add to the chain but

I wonder how many people think blueksky previews in discord because they see twitter links (, usually also put through embed enablement services i.e. vxtwitter) of users that set their username to their bluesky name+url thing

Genuinely, because I saw one just now and went "dang discord propped up embedding for that too huh?" before realizing it was just vxtwitter.

Does the preview say twitter on it twice? Yes. But where I was looking at it, it started with the username.

I'll withhold from going as far as to refute claims that I do not read.
