I occasionally write long posts but you should assume I'm talking out of my ass until proved otherwise. I do like writing shit sometimes.

50/50 chance of suit pictures end up here or on the Art Directory account. Good luck.

Be 18+ or be gone you kids act fuckin' weird.

I tag all of my posts complaining about stuff #complaining, feel free to muffle that if you'd like a more positive cohost experience.

Someone should make a 3d printed case for the Sansa Clip + that includes a chassis mounted headphone jack and volume buttons and a 18650 slot so I can transplant the small pile of dead clip+s into new chassis, fully working, with 50+ hours of battery life.

A screen 2x the original size would be nice too but that's getting into finding parts.

YO
I had one of the original Clips and it was honestly one of the best pieces of tech I've owned. Just did what it needed to really well with exactly everything it needed to do it. Durable as hell too, survived being dunked in water and dropped a multitude of times. I really hope I still have it somewhere and it's just hiding in a box from three moves ago or something.

I do have a 3D printer and have been meaning to learn some open/free CAD software since Autodesk stuff is kinda impractical for hobbyists. I will tuck this request of yours safely into the bucket of '3D printing projects I'll probably never get to but will fantasize about from time to time'

(I've had this tab open for almost a month now and keep not replying)

Original clips are great too, but I've always needed the extra storage. It's a shame microSD can't be shoehorned onto those.

I had one that I dropped in a parking lot and found weeks later, probably driven over a couple of times, but my microSD was fine and I could still get to the internal storage. Don't know if the buttons or audio output still worked. I've probably still got that one around somewhere too.
