Mozilla you have literally one fucking job and that's not to be to google what every laptop company ever is to apple and blindly follow them off cliffs. Are you trying to be Canonical? Do you want to be Canonical? The shitty open source company that isn't even owned by a bigger, terrible company? You're already going down that route but the problem is you don't have monopoly levels of market share to just tank your community trust and get away with it.
