Yes you can, you have two keys for binary input and a third for entering the binary input you just tapped in. You're talking directly to the computer this way and the third key allows for arbitrary bit length for flexibility.
I imagine "I fucked up, cancel that" is a combination of 2 or 3 keys, a macro if you will, but input is so fast that either the "both keys are pressed" window is insanely small to hit or big enough that it's hit by accident on a regular basis by fast typers.
Perhaps a small knob on the side would be needed...
