I occasionally write long posts but you should assume I'm talking out of my ass until proved otherwise. I do like writing shit sometimes.
50/50 chance of suit pictures end up here or on the Art Directory account. Good luck.
Be 18+ or be gone you kids act fuckin' weird.

I tag all of my posts complaining about stuff #complaining, feel free to muffle that if you'd like a more positive cohost experience.

Intel saw that a lot of people are nostalgic for turn-of-the-century computing and decided to bring back the Pentium 4 lmao
We weren't doing 12v power measurement with clamps back then but people gotta remember that those "nuclear reactor" netburst chips were like, 130W TDP! The thing was that the TDP was double what any desktop CPU had been for the past 5 years out of nowhere, and cooling solutions were NOT designed to handle it. Also the TJMax was like what, 80C? 85C? looks up
75C originally. Though a 115W TDP for that chip too.
And I was wrong about clamps too!
https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/3,920-7.html (throw this into wayback or be sure to have adblocker on) Measured around 105W actual power draw for the 3.8.
Anyway the point being is, despite how bad the P4s were at the time, modern chips consume WAY more. Puts things in perspective (modern chips use too much damn power!)
