One of the funniest things I've ever read was someone declaring that the PS1's graphics were bad because they were "not accurate". Stating that the system was flawed because Sony passed on giving it a floating point unit and went with the set of design choices that lead to the polygon jitter among other things.
It's super easy to say with hindsight and with what was done with later games but, even the early 94-95 stuff still looked fine. It was early 3d sure, but there's a huge gap between "Graphics accurate enough for consumer use" and like, "Graphics accurate enough for military flight simulator use" or whatever. Arguing otherwise is some weird 90s console war scrubwork, was astounding to hear that argument put forth, unironically, after the year 2010, much less 202X.
