Describe what your OCs phone would be like, in however much detail you desire.
Phorm: Still has her old phone from when she was mortal, despite being a genie now. It's basically my phone (I am Phorm, after all): pink smoke lock screen, genie themed wallpaper. Lots of cute pictures. Mostly used for communication apps and email (though she doesn't get signal in her bottle, making the phone useless now for the most part). Stuffed full of research materials, mostly organic chemistry papers. But the materials include a good bit of genie research. It's the bright pink version of the phone model she uses, but she keeps it in a plain drab black phone case because she feels a mixture of embarrassed about sticking out, and desire to have the most protective case possible (which only comes in black). She has a sticker on the back of her phone, under the case. The sticker is a cartoon genie bottle.
Vect: The oldest phone that her provider will allow her to use, though it's still a 'smart' phone. The phone works like a champ, but the screen is visibly cracked. She refuses to use a case. Lock screen is a graffiti-themed logo for her bar, wallpaper is a picture she took of a local punk group that she thinks whips ass. Stuffed with photos of all her friends, including every single girl in her organization, in order to documents the time they share together meticulously. Several encrypted chat programs, refuses to use standard social media. Has a version of NetHack she got Terri to install on her phone, and enjoys it way too much.
Teff: Doesn't actually have a phone, but sometimes summons "something" similar when she needs to keep up appearances in public. It's always a thin, perfectly smooth white rectangular slab. Deeper analysis would reveal the whole thing to be nothing more than a solid slice of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). She uses it just to make it acceptable to weave magic in public - Using it to open scrying portals, capture moments in time, talk to people, etc. Basically just to disguise magic to do whatever she needs, without actually needing a phone or a provider. It's entirely packed with photos, artwork, and movies of her. Lock screen is a picture of her in a provocative pose. Wallpaper is her nude, with bits of smoke obscuring the sensitive bits. Extremely genie themed, as well. She can use it to connect to the internet, and she has an account on EVERY social media platform. She uses it to be a shameless self-promoter (but she never gets much traction).
