Most of the top times were set by someone who, at some point got upset and deleted their account? Also they were a mod there too so they set a lot of the rules? Also all of the different versions are combined in each leaderboard and it's unclear as to if any provide speed advantages over the other?

Yeah, I noticed a number of them are PAL and I can't tell if PAL is running faster without doing video comparisons
