Been going to the same place for the last ~7 years and the only changes they've made in that timeframe have been "our store would be so much better if people stopped walking out with things without paying" changes. More cameras, more foot traffic control, more people in high vis vests at the entrance that might check your receipt. Less staff overall. Higher prices. Just full on squeeze every drop of blood out bullshit. If I wanted that shit I'd go to wal mart. I hope someone drives a truck through the wall and steals half the damn store.
I'd probably have gotten mad like this before but I'm normally only there in off hours. Seeing how horrifically understaffed it was at peak was a fucking embarrassment. And some grindset ass manager trying to use customer service as a checkout overflow, like shit dude go man a fucking register if it's that bad. Do a real job. Fuckass.
