This person buys batches of hard drives and has had some insane luck for drives working, or being able to fix them with bodges and subpar equipment. This batch is, finally, a bunch of noisy absolutely trashed drives that mostly just don't work. Including some cap explosions.

Edit: And spoilers: I posted this about a third of the way into the video and somehow a majority of the drives were somewhat functional by the end. And people wonder why I run drives for so long...
