My current laptop (made in 2016) and my previous one (made in 2008) were made by Asus and I think they were okay for their price range (below $600). My prior experience before that was with HP laptops and Asus laptops are better than that, though I am very well aware this is a very low bar to clear. Any specific problems they have?
I have multiple friends who have recently bought Asus laptops and regret the decision for various reasons.
