For "workstation" users, the combo of an "old, out of date" 5950x for under 300, 64gb of "old, slow" DDR4 for 100 or so, some motherboard that exists, and a cheap cooler, has to be one of the best deals ever.
Yeah not a ton of PCIe but if you need the cores, holy shit.
