i'm working on a Big Project, but i want to make sure nobody else is doing it before i get in too deep: has anybody compiled a list of each library in the united states that provides services--any services--to non-residents? i am trying to do this but given that it is, like, probably going to be months of work, i wanna see if anybody else has done this.

similarly: if you have available to you any list of public libraries by state with information beyond just a link to their website, i would GREATLY appreciate being directed towards it! it would accelerate this process immensely.

if you can't help, please share anyway!
