You tackle things, one step at a time. Like when we were at our absolute worst point, any sort of transitioning stuff felt so out of reach because there were a million other things that needed to get done. It took a hot minute to do everything, but! It did get done (ignore the fact that going back to the dentist is on our to-do list and has been, for months).

Perhaps you can focus solely on getting back on meds (I assume you mean psych meds?) for right now. So once that's done and it's kicked in and that part of your life feels more under control, you can move onto the next thing.

As for social media, if you feel that being on it isn't helping you out, then change your habits, if you want. Cohost is the only social media I use anymore, and I don't follow that many people. It's not like tumblr where I was on it all the time and always hit the post count limit. I have more time to write and read and do other stuff I actually want to do instead of. Wasting time. Or doing things because I feel like I HAVE to or because of FOMO or whatever.
