we are considering if we should experience debating the idea of looking into commissioning a five year study weighing the benefits and impacts of a pilot program which, if successful, would lead to modifications to the articulated ("bendy") busses in our fleet, to enable them to produce a sound when flexing the bellowed vestibule which is akin to that of an accordion

permit me to suggest that sitting in the seats could exert some sort of mechanical action equivalent to depressing a key or button on a conventional accordion, which would mean that the bendy-bus would produce different sounds depending upon how the passengers were distributed throughout the seats.
