In all seriousness I feel the correct answer is Kentucky Route Zero, Fallout: New Vegas, and intuitively I want to say Bioshock but I'm only adding it with the caveat that it sucks that's the best I can think of.
I mean if you're thinking seriously of "what games could this insane take possibly be thinking of" I can tell you that KR0 is definitely one of them, we don't know what the other two were
