there kinda is but its a private/inter-broker marketplace that works on much more of an "inside sales" way. best bet for getting at gear directly would be to get in touch with ITAD brokers like Dedicated Networks, Integrity (i forget their full name but they're based out of eden prairie mn), or Vibrant Networks.
