We unexpectedly have a spare bedroom or two in the housing co-op -- perks include:
- pile of queers
- low and flexible cost of living
- large, nice house
- no landlord, we collectively own the place
- decent internet, on a bus line
Cons: - we only have one kitchen, even though it's a nice kitchen
- it's not separate apartments (everyone gets their own bedroom tho)
- we're painting and DIYing stuff on the house and you'd have to pitch in on that
