Lucky_Bun and I did a tier list for all of the characters from Metal Gear, ranked by how likely they are to be cancelled on Twitter.
I did one of these once but with Bun, the way I did this was "how would this character tweet, and would it get them cancelled", not necessarily how the character would be cancelled for their actions in canon. Though I can't deny sometimes it bleeds into our rankings.
There's also the rule of "if a character is cancellable, but gets a lot of defenders, they get put lower". That's why Armstrong and Sam are both so low
