the big question is do they matter? like if them being low health doesn't come up enough to really be a problem then no but if it is like a genuine concern that effects how you play then yeah. tbh you could also probably combine bad health and no reversals into just general bad defense if you felt like it imo
I'd say bad health is a noteworthy weakness. Especially if the reader is new and needs to consider how often they'll get hit when deciding whether or not to invest time into learning that character.
In the case of no reversals, I'd say it would depend on the game. if having active defense and not being able to rely on reversals is common for most player/characters then maybe not.
