I am back and vaguely recuperated from a great 65daysofstatic UK/Euro tour. My grand plans of taking a sampler, making videos of noisy breakbeats in dressing rooms and posting them here went laughably unfulfilled. (I didn't even manage to take the sampler.)

65days have been doing a patreon-based retrospective of our decade old album Wild Light over the last couple of months. This week's track is unlocked for everybody, not just subscribers, so I thought I'd post it here too to finally try out Cohost's audio embedding feature and save people the click through. However, as much as I have grown to dislike Patreon as a company, I encourage a click through anyways to read the full post...

The text of the post explains the track and has some thoughts about the plight of musicians in light of the recent Bandcamp debacle and the failing tech platforms we're forced to rely on in general. There's a bit about the current horror unfolding in Gaza too. Not that we as a band have anything particularly articulate to say on it (beyond FREE PALESTINE), but we post so rarely that to post anything at all without using our very modest platform to at least bear witness to such an overwhelmingly bleak situation didn't seem right.
