i saw that media molecule had announced a new(?) game called "tren" based around little wooden toy train layouts, just with a lot more loop-de-loops and jumps and hazards, and was immediately charmed. then i was disheartened when i realized that it isn't a standalone game, but rather a Dreams... game? experience? "Dream"? this is happening despite the fact that they already announced they're moving on from dreams
not even media molecule themselves are immune from the "this is really cool but i wish it wasn't stuck in Dreams" effect
