if there's one constant on the internet it's apparently that young artists will keep going back to the well of really lame mlp:fim creepypasta gore shit. instead of cupcakes and rainbow factory the tiktok kids are now obsessed with "mlp infection AUs" where there's like a zombie virus or whatever. i wouldn't know about this if people didn't post about it in the three mlp shipping tags i still follow on tumblr for cute art

i would write such a character myself, but if falls into the same camp as Dark Sonic and Forces’ ‘sonic war’ in that i have no idea how to make it work convincingly
i am still completely baffled by the fact that there's a bunch of sonic.exe mods for fnf that have created a whole new generation of kids obsessed with sonic.exe. years ago everyone was making fun of sonic.exe and the phrase "hyper-realistic blood" for being the epitome of lame video game creepypastas
my friend showed me rainbow factory once. it went poorly. I dunno what the draw is of "what if we took this wholesome mostly happy thing and made it DARK AND EDGY" but I generally prefer to keep those concepts separate
went to look this up and it was like the "playing the hits" of creepypasta story writing. using kids' media to prop up lame horror stories is eternal
