- 1000mg of L-Arginine 2x Per day
- 100mg of Pygeum 2x Per day
- 15 mg of zinc daily (optional)
- 1200mg of Sunflower lecithin 2x per day
- 200mcg of selenium 2x per day
Side Effects and Warnings
Zinc gives you flu-like symptoms if you take too much, so it's optional. many multivitamins and diets already include enough so don't add to it if you get sick.
if you get bad breath and metallic taste in your mouth, you are getting enough selenium in your diet already and do not need supplementing
if you develop heart palpitations, rapid heart rate, and anxiety, do not take Pygeum. you may have a heart condition and it can worsen things or even be dangerous
if you start getting frequent diarrhea and stomach cramps, reduce or stop taking sunflower lecithin
i have not heard of L-arginine overdoses in adults, but it can happen in children but if you're feeling weird like diarrhea, low blood pressure, fainting, so do not take that.
if you are transgender, and wish for more improvement, you may need to ask your doctor for topical T-gel which, when applied to the inner thigh, will add testosterone locally 🏳️⚧️
