I find it fascinating (bad) how twitter has seemingly deprecated the logged-out experience. I was reading an article that mentioned a tweet but didn't embed it directly so I tried to go to the account to see it and it was just like. not a website. it loaded the person's bio but their tweets would pop up for a split second then disappear and yank me back to the top of the page, and it was just doing this on loop. you know, it would be one thing to just block me from seeing anything with a "whoa there! you're not logged in!" screen. that would be its own kind of annoying but it's pretty stunning that instead they have just said "well. you can try. but the website only sort of works if you're logged in". and from what I've heard, it doesn't even
