I'm so sick of the [character] in [different media] meme. Austin Powers in Mass Effect was so funny and well executed that everyone decided they could do it too and I don't think I've seen a single other good one. If the point of the meme was just to show off your editing skills then okay great job I'm impressed but it's like everyone completely missed that there should be a joke, any joke

since then I see tons of "karl pilkinton in skyrim", "kermit the frog in half life 2", etc. a lot of them (but not all) are from the same channel as the first one but they mostly suck imo
