video game modders can be so weird. they'll get severely fixated with something they see as a problem with a game and then gladly install mods that jank the shit out of something else. the textures in skyrim don't look great in 2023 so I downloaded a bunch of graphical overhaul mods. there's some kind of conflict that makes it play a clown horn sound thirty times per second which can be annoying but man it looks great!

I hate it when they say "My mod does this!" and then way tucked away in the forums or something you'll find out it also makes all the cats bright turquoise and makes Mama Murphy look like a sex doll.
