someday I will reach level 60 of wanikani and I will have learned over 2000 kanji by heart and I will still be trying to keep these four vocabulary words straight
就業 - "settle in" + "business" = employment
従業 - "obey" + "business" = employment
就職 - "settle in" + "employment" = finding employment
職業 - "employment" + "business" = occupation
I've literally had these words in my reviews since july last year lmao. if anyone has a magical trick to remembering which means which please let me know because the wanikani mnemonics for these are all basically the same
