alternative forms for the Volapük letters ä, ë, and ü

they're alternative forms for the Volapük letters ä, ë, and ü! idk i like em i think they're kinda cool. strange experimental relics from before digital type, where i can only assume you could order a set of fonts with them and shit. while they're in Unicode now, you would have to jump through a lot of hoops to get like, your own letters in the alphabet to make and distribute stuff with. idk if this point makes any sense but i just think they're neat lol wtshx nihbkvbklngudtr
