i got a half frame film camera for Christmas and honestly it's pretty fun to just take pictures of stuff. taking pics that like, you're uncertain about, and won't be certain about until you get your roll. my shot could be messed up, or i might have installed the film in a place that was a little too bright or something silly, or it might be exactly how i want, or unintentionally even better! but who can tell, cuz i have like 60~ more pics on this roll cuz fuck yeah half frames. and i keep taking pictures, because i like the idea of candid offline photography. it's like, this moment will be kept, on a physical little thing, and once it's done being prepared and whatever, won't require an internet connection or even power to share. analog stuff is pretty cool. keeping a memory offline.
