i feel like i've probably answered this before but it's the Salem Civic Center in Salem, Oregon! part of a bigger complex of buildings, i just thought it was a really cool looking building. here are some pics from that website to get a fuller picture of the place. just very cool. brutalist/brutalism inspired architecture
it's got a little bit of a polysemic property, it is a combination of anarch, one who incites anarchy, and esperantisto, one who practices esperanto, because i am interested in both of those things. it can also allude to the anarchist uses or influences of esperanto—the anationalist sympathies of esperanto and the direct history of anarchism and esperanto in the past and shit. i like these little phrases, where it is interpretable in multiple ways and they're all valid.
