Hi . miki sylvie moment so awesome ! in my heart i know he yearns for losers with no social skills. eiki is here too but the main focus is miki sylvie
Miki was so warm.
Sylvie didn't flinch away or jump when he pulled her into his arms, so startled by any sort of affection from anyone, but she didn't return any of that affection to him. He was speaking to her, something about Eiki being terrible, and Sylvie couldn't find it in herself to argue against that.
But was Eiki really so awful? For someone as kind, as angelic as him to treat her with such disdain—it was only right for her to be the one at fault. Perhaps disdain wasn't the right term, but it certainly felt as if his opinion of her changed. There was nothing else it could be. Perhaps she should have told him she loved him as well, perhaps she should have been his girlfriend. But wouldn't that be cruel? To say she feels something she doesn't, just to make Eiki happy.
Sylvie was never very good at figuring out what was acceptable to say, what was rude or what was off-putting. Miki had always been the one to gently scold her for saying something she shouldn't, and she found it easier to not talk at all when it came to new faces. Eiki had grown sick of that habit of hers, she was sure. Of course it wasn't right to say she'd kiss him when she didn't love him back, to let him take her on dates when she never even humored his wish to just say she loved him back.
Miki was warm. He was petting her head. She didn't have anything to say, nor did she know what to do. She leaned forward, letting her head drop against his chest. Miki was warm, and Sylvie brought her shaking hands up to cling to him.
"I'm tired." She wanted to go home.
