i made another userscript for cohost! this one is very fun: you can choose your own name color!
if you have the script installed, it will look in people's bios for name-color: example1 and then color their names appropriately like so:

can't/don't want to install the extension? you can still set your name color just by having it in your profile. make sure it's on its own line!4 others with the extension will see your beautiful color shortly.2
if you do this, your username will be added to this stylesheet that powers the userscript, so if that's a problem, don't :P3
1: it's proxied through my server and only checks every ten minutes, so, don't worry, cohost shouldn't get hammered
2: you can do light-dark, but that doesn't work with cohost's system sadly. keep contrast in mind!
3: if this somehow becomes überpopular with 100000000 users, i could imagine alternative userlists popping up for those who want to customize without sharing their username
4: originally, it had to be on it's own paragraph, but now it can handle simple <br>s. nice. see @WillowDendro
_: if you don't want it visible, you can do [](#name-color:example). the hash and lack of space are important. thought of by @easrng!

- we now keep the old stylesheet while the new one is loading. this is so much better! most of the time it doesn't even change :P
