I know multiple fucking people who that piece of shit had abused. the reason everyone cuts her off is because she does this shit to loads of people and is basically a huge piece of shit to everyone she doesn't openly abuse
I don't consider this drama because what helene does is actually harmful shit and by that I mean she basically has this whole-ass behaviour loop like this. every time this shit happens, it follows a pattern
- helene becomes friends with somebody
- if she finds them to be particularly vulnerable, be it because of social or family issues, she starts to latch on to them hard
- helene positions herself as basically the only trustworthy and reliable person in their life
- the abuse starts. usually emotional jabs and things like that, shit that's basically a gradual erosion of a person's self-worth
- things reach a head and the relationship begins to break down. this can be either because the person she's abusing starts to push back against said abuse, or she just tires of them. either way, they have no more emotional value to her
- she either frames them as an abuser or posts a half-assed apology/excuse. she hasn't done the last one in a while because of the notable time she blacked out her profile and labelled herself as "an abuser in recovery" in her twitter bio
she has done this to multiple people I know, and now somebody else, and I have no fucking doubt that there's more people this has happened to because she has a pattern of behaviour I can only describe as predatory. that's not a word I use lightly, I don't like using that word without a lot of fucking justification because it's thrown around all too lightly, but this piece of shit effectively ruins lives
