I've seen less unity resolution settings work right than work wrong, so I wish you good luck.
The thing I hate the most about this is the absurd length of the list if you ever get somebody with, say, a 4k (or, god forbid, 8k) monitor, but also the fact that you have to parse all this data yourself depending on your needs when this could easily be some checkboxes in the project settings.
