So the general vibe is twofold

  1. Effectively, a lot of the general look is a place that's technologically around the same level as earth around ww2, but with everything worn down and kitbashed due to a lack of resources following a devastating alien invasion
  2. And all this is by way of a budget pc game circa 2005
