I'm absolutely gonna gripe about this. I've gotten multiple replies to my 110 player MMO Without Netcode post where people either suggest things that are conceptually less interesting, wrong because they include netcode in the first place, or relying on a definition stretched so thin that they threaten to split apart in the slightest breeze. it literally includes 29 players using a single keyboard, 2 players sharing a mouse, and 16 gamepads all shared by 5 players each
like the absurdity of the premise is what makes that thing tick! it's what makes it fun!! it's like looking at the hulk hogan meat shoes and going "just put a ziplock bag in your pocket"
