You know the drill! Share or comment so I know what eggbug gamers are up to 🤓 I'll be extra generous, you can also tell me about any let's plays you've recently watched!
[Starfield] because Bethesda games are extremely brain-off and mods are finally here.
Also because I don't wanna burn out on [FFXIV] with [Dawntrail] just two weeks away.
Shadow the Hedgehog 👿🦔 did the dark routes and neutral routes, gonna do the hero routes tomorrow probably!
Monster Hunter: World :) Just finished the base game, so I'll be going into Iceborne very soon! Also vibrating out of my physical form at FFXIV/Dawntrail in two weeks x3
a few minutes of hyperspace dogfights
hands down one of my favorite games of all time
unfortunately only a few minutes bc the game only has windows and linux builds and i'm on mac and the windows build has some very strange performance issues when running through wine

played some CRYPTARK, a really fuckin fun action roguelike where you raid abandoned alien ships in a giant flotilla to find the titular CRYPTARK. the mechanical design is so chunky and it's clearly inspired by things like Alien and The Matrix and even 1989 classic GUNHED. shooting even the basic weapons like the machine gun feels great and movement is mega smooth. i love the presentation too, it really leans into that 80's CRT look in the UI and such. the voice acting is really good, though every time i hear Jerma doing his schtick voice for the engineer i feel complete mood whiplash (though he does a really good job!). highly recommended for an hour's play, not sure how deep it gets.
this time I'm playing it the way it was meant to be played: by killing literally every npc I can in every level. I will be the world's most effective hitman by leaving literally no witnesses
