Seriously, on a public policy level, I totally think that moving away from factory farming and reshaping animal agriculture to be something that's done at least sustainably, if not to improve ecosystems, is just better.
A food supply chain where there's just less meat, we (on a societal level) save it for where its advantages really shine in dishes, and we also stop randomly putting meat and dairy products in stuff that totally should be vegan because of subsidy fuckery would be great.
